SHIPPING YOUR PARCEL WITH PRIESTESS CRYSTALS

Priestess Crystals does not offer free shipping unless it is advertised during a promotional period via email marketing. All shipping must be paid to deliver the goods to your selected postal address. 

PROCESSING TIMES & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped using Australia Post Postal Services unless otherwise specified. Orders are typically shipped out within 2-7 business days, Monday to Friday. This is not including shipping times by Australia Post.

International shipments are based on weight of total order (including packaging materials etc.) and displayed at the checkout for selection by the customer accordingly.

PARCEL CARE & RESPONSIBILITY

We take extreme care when packing all of our crystals for your order; using protective upcycled bubble wrap, tissue paper, paper shreddings, biodegradable packing peanuts etc. We pack each parcel with care to ensure that your parcel will arrive safely and without damage to your specified postal address. 

Priestess Crystals or its staff members and related entities are not liable for any damage or loss of your order caused to your items during transit. All items are carefully inspected and all perfectly fine in condition when prepared for postage.

Once posted, your parcel is in the hands and liability of Australia Post (or the specified courier). External defects such as bumps on postage/parcel boxes are beyond the control of Priestess Crystals and evident of natural situations that occur from the nature of parcel delivery.

Customers who have paid for Green Shipping Protection

If the customer has experienced loss or damage to their parcel while in transit AND has paid for Green Shipping Protection, we encourage the customer to get in contact with Seel Green Shipping Protection to assist with their claim for shipping protection: https://www.seel.com/terms/17trackbuyerprotection

If extra shipping insurance is not purchased through Green Shipping Protection by the customer, the parcel containing the customer's order(s) will not be insured for any issues that arise during shipping & subsequent delivery.
