General Information
  • Given the nature of crystals as natural products produced by the earth, returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.
  • Priestess Crystals is not responsible for any additional fees charged from International Customs or Post Office Bills. 

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased from Priestess Crystals are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

Please note once parcels are dispatched, Priestess Crystals are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise and are not responsible for lost or damaged or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

  • Returns and/or Exchanges will only be granted in situations granted by Priestess Crystals where the item received is not as described or an item is missing. Whereby the option of a refund for the purchase value of that missing item will be offered or a store credit if you wish to choose something else. All parcels are photographed prior to dispatch to keep an account for items packed in each order.
  • Our returns & exchange policy lasts 14 days.
  • We do not offer exchanges and refunds on "Perfectly Imperfect" items which are repaired items sold at a discounted price due to their physical & characteristic defects. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in original packaging. Priestess Crystals will not accept exchanges if the order is returned damaged or broken. 
  • Priestess Crystals is not responsible for the shipping charges you will incur. Shipping & handling and any customs duties charges you may incur are non-refundable.
  • For all requests, please contact us via email at priestesscrystals@outlook.com within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Priestess Crystals.

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION & INSURANCE

If the customer wishes to have their parcel fully insured for shipping cover, we recommend customers to select the Green Shipping Protection option in their cart. This is a third party service offered by Seel Green Shipping Protection that covers parcels for damage & loss during transit by the delivery courier when selected and paid for by the customer. The customer can contact Seel for any issues they may experience with the shipping of their parcel at the following link: https://www.seel.com/terms/17trackbuyerprotection 

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided or adjusted afterwards, reimbursement cannot be offered for this package by Priestess Crystals or Seel Green Shipping Protection.

If extra shipping insurance is not purchased through Green Shipping Protection, the customer's parcel containing relevant orders will not be insured for any issues that arise during shipping & subsequent delivery.

RETURNS SHIPPING

  • We recommend that you use Australia Post, with tracking and signature on delivery to ensure the order is returned.
  • You (the customer) are fully liable for the shipping costs.
  • Please ensure your package is returned with the same fragile tape, bubble wrap and any other gifts you may have received.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If a client wishes to cancel an order, a 20% cancelation fee of the order(s) total is applicable and withheld by Priestess Crystals. The remaining 80% will be refunded back to the client by the payment method processed at the checkout. 

SALE/LIVE SALE ITEMS

  • Please note sale items and “live sale orders” are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

OPEN BOX POLICY

  • Open Boxes are an option where clients can add to their order over the course of 4 weeks or opt to send it out at an earlier date. Priestess Crystals offers this as an opportunity for clients to reduce their postal spend per unit weight & add products from the website gradually. At the end of the 4 weeks, the client will be contacted to pay for the shipment of their parcel. In Australia, this is $12.99 AUD flat rate for standard postage and $17.99 for Express postage. For international clients, this is based on the weight of the parcel. This is the most economical option if a client wishes to purchase items frequently over a 4-week period while saving on postage costs. 
  • Priestess Crystals only offers Open Boxes to select clients that have requested to have one by emailing priestesscrystals@outlook.com
  • A client that has not been verified to use the code for an Open Box by email will not be entitled to sending their parcel out with postage free or charge nor an Open Box unless Priestess Crystals confirms so by email. 
  • The unique code for Open Boxes does not entitle the client to free shipping on their order(s). All shipping costs must be paid once the Open Box term has ended and Priestess Crystals has organised the shipment of the client's parcel.
