An exceptional specimen displaying ancient fossil specimens. These fossils preserve the remains of crinoids, ancient marine animals related to modern sea stars and sea urchins. Frozen within rock formed from sediments of a long-vanished sea. From this region on Indonesia, crinoid fossils are estimated to be ~299-250 million years old; placing this fossil in the Early Permian to the Early Triassic period.
