What payment methods do you accept?

We do offer PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Do you offer custom orders for special pieces?

We certainly do!

Our customers reach far across the globe and we receive many unique requests for one of a kind pieces such as crystal lamps, large clusters, crystal tables, and unique carvings to name a few. Do you offer open boxes?

Yes we certainly do!

 

An open box is an option that many of our existing customers enjoy using to maximise shipping and avoid postal fees that come with ordering frequently. Our duration for an open box is 1 month where you can add as many items to your box with us and not pay anything extra (Australian customers only). This option is the most economical for both our Australian & International customers.

Once the 1 month mark has been reached, we will ship out your order to your designated postal address.

International customers will receive an invoice for their postage (we always search for the fastest couriers with the best rates & will offer you a selection of postal options to choose from once your open box is ready to be shipped out.

Do you hold Live Sales?

We offer weekly live sales to our Priestess community on Instagram and TikTok every Sunday. Live sales are a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded crystal enthusiasts and view our new crystal offerings for the week.

Do you have a physical store I can pick my order up from?

Yes we do! Orders can be picked up locally from our store (Wollert, VIC, 3750). If you would like to pick up your order, just select the Local Pick Up option at the checkout and we will get in touch with you via email or phone regarding the store address. 

Shipping & Delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time for faster checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to our home country here in Australia & worldwide. We have a wonderful community of international followers who love to purchase from Priestess crystals for our unique offerings, friendly service, and high quality specimens.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to all Australian addresses is currently a flat rate of $12.99 AUD for standard and $17.99 for express shipping. A Flat Rate means you can add as many items to your box and still pay the same for postage!

International shipping begins at $18 Australian dollars which equates to approx. $15 USD depending on the exchange rate on the day. We offer Standard (tracked & standard times) as well as Express (tracked & fastest option) shipping options for our international clients which can be selected at the checkout.  

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you make an order with Priestess Crystals, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order number. Be sure to check your promotions and spam folder in case it appears to not have been sent!

You will receive another email again once your order has been packed which includes your tracking number. We also opt for our customers to receive tracking directly from Australia Post to the email address you submitted at the time of purchase. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped out, you will receive an email which includes your tracking number.

Be sure to check your promotions and spam folder if you cannot find it! 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We use Australia Post postal services for shipping all orders out (unless otherwise specified by your tracking number).

Our current processing time is 2-5 business days. However you may find that your order is processed even faster as we always endeavour to ship out your order as speedily & promptly out to you as we can.

As a guide, once dispatched from Priestess Crystals, all Australian orders shipped by the Standard method can take 5-7 business days while Express can take 1-3 business days. Keeping up to date with tracking notifications from the postal service for your parcel is the best way to estimate shipping times.

 

Expected shipping times with any postal service can be reasonably influenced by parcel volume & any unexpected events.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order, there is a $10 fee.
